The structure of GYTA53+33 optical cable is to put 250µm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core. The loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core into a compact and round cable core. The gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking filler. The plastic-coated aluminum strip (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene inner sheath. The double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene outer sheath. After being armored with single thin round steel wire, the outer sheath of polyethylene is finally extruded to form a cable.
