The structure of the central tube type air-blown microcable (GCYFXTY) is to place the 250um optical fiber in the central loose tube. The loose tube is made of high modulus material, filled with non-toxic and harmless waterproof compound (fiber paste), and finally extruded PE sheath.
Temperature Range:Storage and operation::-40C ~ +70C;Erection:-15C ~ +60C
Bend radius:Static 10 times the cable diameter,Dynamic 20 times optical cable diameter
Application:Air-blown micro-optical cables are used in air-blown installations, core networks, metropolitan area networks (MAN), access networks, backbone networks, local area networks (LAN), FTTx networks, data centers, and 5G.

1. The filling compound in the loose tube provides key protection for the optical fiber.
2. High fiber density: 2~24 cores
3. Small diameter, light weight, easy to upgrade
4. The grooved sheath structure improves air blowing performance
Cable blowing is the air blowing method of optical cable laying, which uses high-pressure air blowing to blow the optical cable into the pre-buried silicon core tube. The cable blowing machine blows high-pressure, high-speed compressed air into the silicon core tube. The high-pressure air flow pushes the air seal piston, so that the air seal piston connected to the end of the optical cable forms a settable and uniform pulling force on the optical cable. At the same time, the blower The hydraulic crawler conveyor mechanism of the cable crane clamps the optical cable and transports it forward to form a conveying force. The combination of pulling force and conveying force makes the penetrating optical cable travel rapidly through the pipeline in a suspended state along with the high-speed airflow.
