Mechanical Splicer

 

Specification:

 

Installation:

1、Tear cable jacket length of about 50mm, then cut off the cable jacket.

 

2、Put-the-cable-into-length-guider-keep-the-incision-of-cable-jacket-in-the-Restriction-site-strip-off-the-0.25mm-cladding-by-stripping-pliers-scaled

 

3、To-check-the-fiber-if-it-is-damaged-and-clean-it-with-alcohol-scaled

 

4、Cut the bare fiber, keep it 13mm.

 

5、Put the fiber into mechanical splicer, the cable jacket close to the block.

 

6、Bend the cable prevent cable slide out; and take out the buckle, press it, then tight the cable.

7、Prepare the fiber same as step 1,2,3,4, put cable into the other side of mechanical splicer.

 

8、When the cable jacket close to the block, the fibers from both ends will bend, that means fiber splice correctly.

 

9、Bend the cable prevent the cable slide out, and take out the buckle, press it, then tight the cable.

 

10、Put the locking parts of mechanical splicer into center, then fix the fibers.

 

11、Cover the mechanical splicer cover, finish splicing.
