Pre twisted wire tension clamp
1、 Purpose and Structure
1) Wire clamps can be used on bare conductors and overhead insulated conductors of main and branch distribution lines. Can replace the commonly used tension clamps, including bolt type, on current lines;
2) The wire clamp has a simple structure, with pre twisted legs twisted together to form an empty tube, and a pre formed twisted ring at the rear. When the hollow tube formed by pre twisted legs is wrapped around the wire, it can generate extremely strong gripping force, and the twisted ring is used to fix it on the insulator.
2、 Materials
The wire clamp is made of materials such as galvanized steel wire and aluminum clad steel wire.
3、 Characteristics
1) High strength: Each wire tension clamp has an additional pre twisted length, ensuring that the tensile strength can reach 100% or more of the rated breaking force (R.B.S) of the wire;
2) Good corrosion resistance: The material is completely consistent with the wire, ensuring strong corrosion resistance;
3) Easy installation: The wire clip can be quickly and easily installed manually on site without the need for any special tools, and can be operated by one person;

6) Sufficient gripping force: The wire clamp has a sturdy twisting ring, which can provide sufficient gripping force for wires such as steel core aluminum stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire, and aluminum alloy stranded wire, and has a larger range of applicable wire sizes.
